The terms Liken, Liken Online, Liken Petfood, Liken Fencing, Liken Stockfeed, Liken Garden Supplies, Liken Fencing Stockfeed & Garden Supplies, or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of this website.
- The term "you" refers to the customer, user or viewer of our website.
- We make every effort and continue to monitor this website to ensure it is up to date, functioning at optimal capacity, making correct representations of products and ensuring that security of the user is always paramount.
- Liken takes no responsibility or will be liable for, if for any reason the website experiences technical issues that render it technically unavailable.
- We accept that if such were to occur then it would be beyond our control.
- For the purposes of disclosure, we would like to inform you that Liken online uses the Shopify platform to bring you our unique online experience.
- Again, we are constrained by the parameters of the Shopify Platform, and any outages subject the Shopify Platform would also be out of our control.
- Therefore, we take no responsibility or can be held liable for such instances.
- Our Terms and Conditions are very simplified.
- They are easy to understand, transparent and intend to inform you the user of this website and bring to light all legal obligations.

- You intend to transact on this website in good faith.
- Information we ask you to supply is to be true and correct.
- Information on this website is not to be duplicated without prior consent form Liken Management.
- Pricing:
- Prices advertised are in Australian Dollars.
- GST (Goods and Services Tax) is included in the price advertised.
- If shipping costs are applicable, it is calculated as an additional cost and includes GST.
- Prices are always under review and can be subject to change at our discretion.
- Errors on pricing can occur, and therefore, we reserve the right to honour or cancel an advertised price.
- Furthermore, we have the right to cancel and order where a price has been advertised incorrectly and fully refund the buyer without retribution.
- Products on sale or promotional prices are valid at the time as stipulated by the promotion.
- Once the promotion ends the price will not be valid nor can it be applied to future orders.
- Products & Product Disclaimer:
- To the best our knowledge, all product imagery, descriptions and claims are current, but we cannot guarantee that they are always totally accurate or valid.
- Where product imagery differs to more current, we will make every effort to ensure that update imagery is uploaded to our website to better reflect the up-to-date marketing of that product.
- We have not provided product descriptions for every product.
We are currently in the process of update descriptions for product collections. If you require information about a product, we urge you to visit the product manufacturer’s website for full details to make informed decision on your product choices. Where we have included a product description, it is only a condensed extract to help customers with a basic understanding of the product. So, it is still recommended to consult to manufacturer’s website for more information.
· Again, we assert that you should make every effort to seek information on each product by seeking such online or consulting with the manufacturer of you preferred product.
· All products on this website do not form part of our personal inventory.
· We use different suppliers to source products to ensure we can secure the quickest lead times upon ordering.
· We do not endorse any products as we wish to ensure customers always make their own informed decisions.
· We can make recommendations or refer customers to specific brands based on information we collect from you.
· Any product information whatsoever on this website is to be treated as general in nature and by no means does it constitute advice from us.
· Product suitability is the responsibility of the buyer.
· We do not take responsibility for any harm a product may or may not do, to your animal.
· Please seek vet intervention if such an occurrence were to transpire.
· All product claims are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
· It can be said that it is possible that not all manufacturers have had their claims tested in Australia or country of origin.
· You should always check with the relevant authorities if you are unsure about any product.
Orders and Personal Details:
· When you place an order with Liken on this website, you agree that it is a legal offer and / or request by you to purchase the item or items for the value as it appears in the cart at the time of purchase.
· This would include any taxes and delivery charges if applicable.
· Before payment is sort, you agree to fill in the fields that make up your personal information for our collection.
· In effect you are agreeing to become a member at Liken and this information is necessary to ascertain the validity of your offer as well.
· All details form part of our secure data base.
You agree that from time to time we may send you invitations, offers or other marketing material for you to consider. These will be relevant to your profile, and you may opt out of receiving these by sending a message via SMS to 0419 223 449.

Once payment has been affected through the secure payment portal of our website, an email or SMS will be generated alerting you and Liken of the purchase request.
· Liken reserves the right to either accept or reject your offer. This can be for any one of the following reason but not limited to those outlined herewith:
· We cannot supply the items within our allocated delivery schedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
· We noticed an error on this website that detailed incorrect pricing, or imagery that didn’t match the product title or other descriptive parameters.
· The payment didn’t appear on our bank statement or didn’t process as expected.
· Where we may suspect that the buyer details entered may be fraudulent.
· Product me be in recall.
· Product may be discontinued.
· We will notify you of the reason or cancellation and then proceed with a refund.
· However, for any such circumstances where a product is sold out, discontinued, on recall etc… we will always endeavour to notify you with a solution first and give the option to cancel or be issue with store credit as well.
· Refunds may take up to 24 hours to process, and this is in line with every bank processes and procedures. It is totally out of our control.
· Refunds will be directed via Shopify to the same card that you made the purchase with.
· We would like to affirm that you take every precaution to enter correct details because delays subject to notifying incorrect delivery address cannot be borne by us.
· And therefore, any delay resulting as such cannot constitute grounds for a cancellation.
· If you entered incorrect details and items are delivered there, we do not take responsibility for lost items because of such.
· Nor will we engage to try and locate the lost or incorrectly delivered items.
Shipping Policy:
· We will engage either Australia Post, Star Track Express, VT Express or Direct Freight and depending on location they may use one of their affiliates to deliver your order.
· Our freight forwarders have their own warehousing and distribution centres where the on-forwarding of our deliveries will be processed.
· Liken cannot control how third parties organise and run their businesses, and we do acknowledge that from time to time, delays can occur.
· Via our freight forwarder portals, we can track all orders once they have been despatched from our warehouse.
· Once we have received your order, we immediately co-ordinate all outward deliveries in house and they are picked up by our freight forwarder.
· Delivery to your designated shipping address will be conducted during the following business hours:
o Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm
o We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
o Please note, weekends and public holidays do not constitute a business day.
o Our service timeframe for delivery has been set for 5 - 8 business days from order placement.
· If there are delivery instructions for our drivers, please ensure you properly describe your expectations.
· For on farm deliveries, please ensure dogs are locked up and access instructions are described at the time of purchasing.
· There will be no necessity to require a signature upon delivery.
· You acknowledge that we have your authority to leave the delivery in the designated place, and you accept full responsibility.
· We also can collect gate codes, alarm codes or other special entry / exit instructions and we do so in strict confidence.
· You can communicate these via the buy portal as well.
· It is secure to do so. You allow us to communicate this information to our drivers who also accept the responsibility of confidentiality as part of their job.
· If delays are expected and the standard delivery timeframe cannot be met, we will contact you with an alternative arrangement.
· If the alternative arrangement is accepted by you, then we will proceed as advised.
· If not accepted, then a refund will be offered.
· Shipping charges are necessary to ensure handling complexities, insurance and OH&S issues are taken into consideration.
· Due to the weight of most items on our website, it must be acknowledged that delivery of some products carries with them a burden for the handlers to ensure they always use the correct techniques and means at their disposal to deliver your goods.
· Charges vary from state to state, and all charges are based on weight.
From time to time, deliveries can be redirected to the nearest Post office at the full discretion of the delivery driver. This is totally out of our control. We understand that you pay shipping fees for a door-to-door service. Please advise us when your items are redirected to a Post Office so we can politely arrange for a discount for any inconvenience this causes on your next order.
Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
· When you purchase from our website, we want your experience to be one that offers 100% satisfaction all the time.
· However, at times and for reasons beyond our control you may receive defective goods, or the wrong product by mistake or for any other reason and not limited the list below:
o Expiration date passed
o Product misrepresentations
o Not fit for consumptions
o Unpalatable
o Product recalled before, during or after purchase
o Below manufacturer’s standard of sale
o Bags damaged during delivery
We understand that sometimes a purchase can be made unwillingly and therefore you simply wish to change your mind. In this instance please note:
o The product must be returned unused, unopened, undamaged and completely intact.
o No claim will be honoured if any of the above criteria is compromised.
o If a product was delivered and you wish to change your mind, then we may charge you a fee for picking the product up and having to restock in our stock pool.
o This fee is the cost of the delivery at the time of purchase and a handling fee of $15.50 incl GST.
· On returns, refunds and exchanges, we seek guidance from Australian Consumer Law & Fair-Trading Act 2012.
· This Act offers both the seller and the buyer certain protections and provisions for recourse. In our efforts to consult the Act we offer the following interpretations gathered to assist you in your claims for a return, refund or exchange:
· Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods

· We will always process your claim in a diligent manner and ensure that an equitable solution is reached.
· You acknowledge that the claim may require us to contact the supplier and acquire further clarification or information on how to handle your claim.
· We can also fast track your claim by offering a refund or exchange on the spot and we will then endeavour to seek clarification on the matter form the supplier.
· First and foremost, the goods must have been bought via our website.
· We will NOT honour any claim that has not originated from our website period.
· Please ensure that you have a tax invoice or receipt as proof of purchase.
· Without such proof you acknowledge that we may decline your claim.
· Refunds will be processed using the original tender type.
· Credit Card refunds will be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).
· Afterpay refunds will be refunded back to the original Afterpay account.
Supplier Palatability Guarantee
· We stock and advertise on our website products that suppliers offer a palatability guarantee.
· Simply, this means that if you buy a product and your animal doesn’t like it, cannot ingest it, will not touch it or for whatever reason, then on behalf of that supplier we will honour their 100% money back guarantee where that guarantee is offered explicitly.
· For this to take place the following stringent conditions must be met:
o There must be no less than 75% of the contents still remaining in the bag.
o Proof of purchase from Liken is a must so that we can refund the correct amount.
o We will keep the proof of purchase so that our claim to the supplier will be honoured.
o You agree to provide your name and contact details.
o You agree to offer an explanation as a means of gathering data to help support your claim so that we can onforward this to the supplier.
o Product must still have a valid expiration date.
o You have 7 days from date of receipt to action a supplier palatability guarantee.
Business Sale Clause
· If Liken is sold to another entity, you acknowledge and agree that your secure details will be transferred to the new owner and operator of this website for their use in conjunction with the above terms and conditions and any other amendments to these terms & conditions as the new entity see fit to include or exclude.

· All complaints are to be directed in writing to the Director of Liken care of:

· We take all matters seriously and will always dedicate time and effort to ensure all matters are resolved peacefully and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
· We pride ourselves on ensuring anyone who uses our website will enjoy a pleasurable and completely customer focussed experience.
